He made 51 appearances for the {{Rut Cheetahs}} in Super Rugby from 2012 to 2017, and played domestically for the {{Rut Free State Cheetahs}} from 2010 to 2016 and for the {{Rut Blue Bulls}} in 2017 and 2018. He also played rugby sevens for South Africa from 2010 to 2012.
