Burelle Participations was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Paris.[8]Ownership structureAt the end of 2011, the Burelle family held a 77.85 percent stake in Burelle. This control was exercised directly and also indirectly, through the shareholders Sogec 2 and Compagnie Financière de la Cascade, with a 35.37 and 21.49 percent stake respectively.
