}}Diospyros confertiflora is a tree in the Ebenaceae family. It grows up to {{convert|20|m|-1}} tall. The twigs dry to black. Inflorescences bear up to 12 flowers. The fruits are ovoid, up to {{convert|2.2|cm|0|abbr=on}} in diameter. The specific epithet {{lang|la|confertiflora}} is from the Latin meaning "crowded flowers".
