(August 21, 1953) is a prelate of the Roman Catholic Church serving as bishop of the Diocese of Fall River, Massachusetts. BiographyEdgar M. da Cunha was born in Riachão do Jacuípe, Brazil. He studied at the Universidade Catolica Fatima dos Salvados[1] and was ordained a priest on March 27, 1982 by Bishop Joseph Abel Francis, S.V.D..
