Justina Mikulskytė (born 6 February 1996 in Šiauliai) is a Lithuanian tennis player.

Mikulskytė has won one doubles title on the ITF tour in her career. On 2 February 2015, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 1203. On 5 January 2015, she peaked at world number 784 in the doubles rankings.
