She is currently represented by TTM Toronto of ACTRA. Konstantina currently works in film and television in Toronto, Ontario and is a former instructor at the Hamilton Conservatory for the Arts. She is a private coach and instructor for both theatre and film. Konstantina studied at McMaster University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre and Film Studies (Class of 2010).
