The primary inflow, at the southwest, is Ste-Thérèse Creek. The primary outflow, at the northeast, is the Pivabiska Narrows, which flows via Lac Pivabiska, the Pivabiska River, the Missinaibi River and the Moose River to James Bay. Tributaries
