Barentin is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.

Geography

A town of light industry and farming situated by the banks of the Austreberthe River in the Pays de Caux, some {{convert|10|mi|km}} northwest of Rouen at the junction of the D6015, D143 and the D104 roads. SNCF operates a TER rail service here.
