She previously played for Carlton in 2017 season. AFLW careerCarltonJakobsson was drafted by Carlton with the club's first selection, the third overall in the 2016 AFL Women's draft.[2] She made her debut in Round 1, 2017, in the club and the league's inaugural match at Ikon Park, against {{AFLW Col}}.[3] Jakobsson is of Swedish descent.[4] She finished the 2017 season having played in all seven of her side's matches that year.
