She is also an Australian journalist specializing in travel, surfing and real estate. In a career spanning two decades she has written for Australia’s leading newspapers and magazines and held key editorial positions. She has been a columnist in Australia’s largest circulation newspaper The Sunday Telegraph, in the Daily Telegraph, [1] the Sydney Weekly Magazine and in AFTA’s Traveller magazine. She was a contributor over ten years to Luxury Travel magazine and sat on its first editorial board. She created Escape, the first on-board magazine for Countrylink. She held the position of Director of Travel at Australian Table Magazine. She was Travel Editor of Elle Cuisine, Australian correspondent for New Zealand’s Intravel magazine, Travel Editor of Yen magazine and has written for a variety of publications including the Peak (Singapore), Oyster, Sunday magazine, The Sydney Morning Herald, [2] the Sunday Times, The Australian, [3] My Planet, Fairfax Community Newspapers and Cumberland Newspaper Group.
