ProductionDevelopmentOn November 8, 2018, it was announced that Disney+ had given a series order to an untitled limited series set in the Star Wars universe that would serve as a prequel to the film Rogue One and feature the character Cassian Andor from that film.[1][2][3] On November 30, 2018, it was reported that Stephen Schiff would serve as the showrunner and an executive producer for the series.
