{{Other uses|Bias (disambiguation)}}In Greek mythology, Bias ({{IPAc-en|ˈ|b|aɪ|.|ə|s}}; {{lang-grc|Βίας}}) may refer to the following characters: - Bias, son of Lelex, king of Megara[1] and thus, brother to Cleson and Pterelaus[2][3]. He was killed by his nephew Pylas, also a Megarian king. After the murder, Pylas gave the kingdom to the deposed king of Athens, Pandion and later founded the city of Pylos in Peloponnesus.[4]
- Bias, son of Amythaon and brother of Melampus.[5]
- Bias, son of Melampus and Iphianira thus a nephew of the earlier Bias.[6] But his name has been proposed to read "Abas", another son of Melampus.[7][8][9]
