Bob Shoudt, {{a.k.a.}} "Notorious B.O.B." or "Humble Bob" is a world class competitive eater from Royersford, Pennsylvania,

Winner of Wing Bowl 25 (2/3/2017, Philadelphia, PA) with 409 total wings. He currently holds the record for the most food ever eaten by weight and/or volume by eating 23.4 lbs or 312 fluid ounces of Salmon Chowder in 6 minutes.[1] He also holds the record for the most hot dogs ever eaten at the Fish Tales 4 July hot dog eating contest which is 52 in Ocean City, Maryland.

He won the 2017 edition of WIP's Wing Bowl with 409 wings.

He is the oldest person to eat their age in hotdogs in Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest - 45 in 10 minutes on July 4, 2012.[2]

He has eaten 95 Krystal Hamburgers at the 2007 [3] Krystal Square Off.

He is an avid mountain climber who has scaled Mount Washington (New Hampshire), Pikes Peak, Colorado and Mount Haleakala, Maui. He is a fitness fanatic and is also very active in Krav Maga.
