It was released in October 2003 by Sony Music Greece and went Platinum, selling over 40,000 units. ReleaseThe first single "Na Pernas" and precursor to the album was released over one month prior to the release of the album, which itself was scheduled to be released early September and then delayed to October 1. Emmones Idees was finally released as Garbi's thirteenth studio album on October 15, 2003. It was available in two different versions, one the standard 16 track version and the other being marked a "Limited Edition" and including a bonus DVD of previous EP Mia Kardia's music videos along with her biography, discography and photos.
