Clarissa House (born 6 September 1963 in Melbourne) is an Australian actress who played Beth Hunter, from 2003 until 2007 in the soap opera Home and Away. She was born in Melbourne and raised in Perth, Western Australia. She graduated from Australia's National Institute of Dramatic Art with a degree in performing arts (acting) in 1987. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and a Theatre Arts degree from Perth's Curtin University (formerly the Western Australian Institute of Technology) Before taking the role as Beth Hunter on Home And Away, Clarissa previously played a small part as a council worker named Ms Angelo. She was a friend of Shelley Sutherland, whose husband married her character Beth Hunter later on in the show. Clarissa has joined All Saints, playing Julia Mayfair, Frank's carer. External links
