词条 | Köllner's rule |
释义 |
There are exceptions to Köllner’s rule, notably glaucoma, which is an optic nerve disorder, and is usually associated with blue-yellow defects in the initial phase, following which red-green defects later develop. This is hypothesised to be due to receptor-mediated excitotoxicity of ganglial cells, and that parvocellular retinal ganglial cells mediating red-green opponency are predominantly affected because they are more common.[3] References1. ^{{Cite web|url=https://archive.org/details/b21640609_0|title=Die Storungen des Farbensinnes|last=Köllner|first=Hans|date=1912|website=|publisher=Karger, Berlin|archive-url=|archive-date=|dead-url=|access-date=2017-02-09}} 2. ^{{Cite book|url=https://books.google.com/books/about/Visual_Perception.html?id=Oyk0faySQfUC|title=Visual Perception: A Clinical Orientation|last=Schwartz|first=Steven H.|date=2004-01-01|publisher=McGraw Hill Professional|isbn=9780071411875|language=en}} 3. ^1 {{Cite journal|last=Nork|first=T M|date=2000-01-01|title=Acquired color vision loss and a possible mechanism of ganglion cell death in glaucoma.|journal=Transactions of the American Ophthalmological Society|volume=98|pages=331–363|issn=0065-9533|pmc=1298234|pmid=11190032}} Sources
