释义 |
The Marschalk reaction is the sodium dithionite promoted reaction of a phenolic anthraquinone with an aldehyde to yield a substituted phenolic anthraquinone after the addition of acid. The mechanism can be found in the book Named Reactions in Organic Chemistry,[1] and its more intuitive version is provided below: One of the first applications of this reaction was reported in 1985.[2] References1. ^{{cite book|author1=Mundy, Bradford P. |author2=Ellerd, Michael G. |author3=Favaloro, Frank G., Jr. |lastauthoramp=yes |title=Name Reactions and Reagents in Organic Synthesis |url=https://books.google.com/books?id=ahRrPTfeqPEC&pg=PA411 |year=2005 |publisher=John Wiley & Sons |isbn=978-0-471-73986-9 |pages=411–}} {{DEFAULTSORT:Marschalk Reaction}}2. ^{{cite journal|doi=10.1002/jlac.198519850704|title=Reaction of Anthrahydroquinones with α,β-Unsaturated Carbonyl Compounds|year=1985|last1=Krohn|first1=Karsten|last2=Miehe|first2=Frank|journal=Liebigs Annalen der Chemie|volume=1985|issue=7|pages=1329}} 2 : Organic reactions|Name reactions |
