The 56-storey and 247-metre-tall tower in the northeast corner of the block is Calgary's tallest building.[2] Canadian oil company Cenovus Energy will lease {{convert|1|e6sqft|m2|order=flip|abbr=off|sigfig=1}} of the east tower as the anchor tenant. In addition to the east tower, development plans call for an additional office tower totalling {{convert|1|e6sqft|m2|order=flip|abbr=off|sigfig=1}}, an {{convert|60|ft|m|adj=mid|-high|order=flip}} transparent glass pavilion, restaurants, retail shops and amenities at street level, and underground parking accommodating 1,100 parking stalls. The development will include a {{convert|1/2|acre|m2|order=flip|adj=on|sigfig=1}} public plaza featuring restaurants, public art displays, cultural activities and programmed activity provided by Brookfield's Arts & Events program. The Building was designed by London and Toronto based Architecture firm Arney Fender Katsalidis. The Delivery Architect was Calgary based Dialog. The development will be constructed to achieve LEED Gold standard for Core & Shell development. Commuters will have direct access to the Plus 15 skywalk system and the CTrain LRT system on 7th Ave. The property will house a bicycle parking facility accessible by dedicated bike ramps separate from vehicular traffic and electric car plug-in recharge stations.
