Early credits included ensemble roles in the UK tour of Miss Saigon, and the West End productions of Chicago and Dirty Dancing.^[1] He then went on to play Bernardo in the UK tour of West Side Story.^[2]

Dan The Joined the cast of Jersey Boys at the Prince Edward Theatre (West End) as Joes Pesci/Frankie Valli ^[3]

Dan played the role of Nikos/Padamadan as part of the original London cast of Legally Blonde.^[1] He then moved on to appear in the ensemble of Betty Blue Eyes, in which at one point he appeared as Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.^[5] He was also part of the cast of the Chichester Festival Theatre production of The Pajama Game, which subsequently transferred to the West End.^[6]

He played Tulsa in the 2015 revival of Gypsy, for which he was nominated for the 2016 Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role in a Musical.^[7]

Dan went on to play the role of Don Lockwood in Singin in the rain and the role of Billy Lawlor in 42nd street ^[8] both at the Theatre Du Chatelet in Paris France. ^[9]

In 2017 Dan Played Jerry Travers in the Musical Top Hat at Kilworth House Theatre ^[10]
