The person who got the death notebook dropped by the death Luke is the Japanese night high school student "Yagami Light." In the month, the names of the world's perpetrators were written into a notebook and killed. He believed that such behavior would be justice, vowed to turn the world into a new world without criminals, and he would be the god of this new world. It was discovered that some people who were sanctioning the perpetrators began to call the sanctioner "KIRA" (KIRA is Killer's Japanese pinyin, meaning killer.)

On the other hand, the ICPO (Interpol), who was aware of the emergence of Qile, commissioned a detective named “L” to investigate the event. L is the only person who can mobilize the world's police. Many of the world's cases of seizures are detected by him. His real name, appearance, place of residence, etc., no one knows. [2]

Evaluation

China Mainland

In 2007, China’s “Anti-vice and Anti-Violation” Working Group Office issued “Notice on the Investigation of Terrorist Illegal Publications such as Death Note” on April 9, April 25 and May 29, respectively. The spirit of important instructions further increased the notice of investigating the strength of terrorist prints such as "Death Note" and "Notice on the Special Action on the Terrorist Prints Such as Death Note". The notice pointed out that "Death Note" contains many emotional factors such as mysticism, death, revenge, etc. These black feelings will have a very negative impact on the child's young mind, seriously affecting the child's personality development.

On June 8, 2015, the work was included in the first batch of “Internet Anime Blacklist” by the Chinese Ministry of Culture. [4]

Russia

On February 20, 2013, a 15-year-old girl from the local center city of Ural, Russia, committed suicide by jumping from the building. In the room, she found a suicide note of “can’t live” and four comic books of Death Note. The parents’ group that led the Ural region wrote to President Putin on April 24, demanding that the original comic book of Death Note, as well as related animations and movies, be banned in Russia, because the Death Note will make children have unnecessary care for death. It has a very bad influence on the growth of physical and mental health. However, fans of Death Note believe that the comic is only a general reasoning cartoon, and has launched a signature campaign against the ban.[5]
