By the age of 17, with a second company, ONMSG, already under his belt, Finnegan had dropped out of school and co-founded WorldState, an aggregated news app aimed at a Gen-Z audience. WorldState joined advertiser Widen+Kennedy’s Portland Incubator Experiment program where Finnegan scaled the company into Limitless Times.[2] Finnegan is one of the youngest venture capitalists[3]in the world and the founding managing partner at the fund TGZ Capital alongside names like Cameron Dallas. Here he manages the fund and has invested in over 32 companies in just 2 years. He is a personal advisor to Dirty Lemon, Rocean and personally invested in companies such as LYFT and Hooch App and he is the founder of consulting agency, XYZ.
