In Aztec mythology, the {{lang|nci|Centzonmīmixcōa}} ({{IPA-nah|sentsonmiːmiʃˈkoːaʔ}} or {{lang|nci|Centzon Mīmixcōa}}: the "Four Hundred alike {{lang|nci|Mixcōātl}}") are the gods of the northern stars.

The Aztec gods of the southern stars are the {{lang|nci|Centzonhuītznāhua}}.

According to the Manuscript of 1558, section 6, these 400 'Cloud-Serpents' were divinely slain [= transformed into stars] in this wise; of their five protagonists:

  • {{lang|nci|Cuāuhtli-icohuauh|italic=no}} ('Eagle's Twin') "hid inside a tree";
  • {{lang|nci|Mix-cōātl|italic=no}} ('Cloud Serpent') "hid within the earth";
  • {{lang|nci|Tlo-tepētl|italic=no}} ('Hawk Mountain') "hid within a hill";
  • {{lang|nci|Apan-teuctli|italic=no}} ('River Lord') "hid in the water";
  • their sister, {{lang|nci|Cuetlach-cihuatl|italic=no}}, "hid in the ball court."

From this ambuscade, these 5 slew the 400.[1]
