The West Indies cricket team toured Australia in the 1986–87 season to take part in two Limited-overs cricket tournaments. They took part in the Benson & Hedges Perth Challenge at WACA Ground, Perth. They finished in third place out of the four teams and did not qualify for the final. They also took part in that season's Benson & Hedges World Series Cup, a limited overs tournament involving Australia and England. England won the competition with West Indies being eliminated in the qualifying stage for the first time. External sources
