Panther Creek Consolidated Independent School District is a public school district based in the community of Valera, Texas (USA). Located in Coleman County, a small portion of the district extends into Runnels County and covers over {{convert|500|sqmi|km2}}. The district was created in 1985 by the consolidation of the Mozelle and Talpa Centennial districts.[1] In 2009, the school district was rated "recognized" by the Texas Education Agency.[2] Schools
