}} Georgia Ensemble Theatre and Conservatory (GET) was founded in 1992 by Artistic Director, Robert J. Farley and Managing Director, Anita Allen-Farley. It is the resident professional theatre at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center in Roswell, Georgia. Georgia Ensemble Theatre (GET) provides first class theatre productions and educational opportunities on a year-round basis and has earned a reputation for the quality and diversity of its plays. The theatre's Conservatory serves the diverse community of north metro Atlanta. Classes include curriculum for youth as well as adults in all levels of theatre crafts. Farley, artistic director of major theatre institutions, including the Alaska Repertory Theatre and Atlanta's Alliance Theatre. Productions of particular note have included a world premiere of The Invisible Man by Larry Larson and Eddie Levi Lee, commissioned by the Theatre.[1] The FounderThe Georgia Ensemble Theatre of Roswell was founded in 1992{{Clarify|date=September 2011}} under the artistic director of Robert J. Farley. He started his acting career in the early 1960s and has won many awards. He was the co-founder and Artistic Director of the acclaimed Alaska Repertory Theatre in the 70's, and was the Artistic Director of the Tony Award-winning Alliance Theatre in Atlanta during the late 80's, where he directed the Atlanta premiere of Driving Miss Daisy in 1988, which went on to become one of the biggest hits ever in the Southeastern United States. Farley’s theatre gives authentic theatre production and provides summer camps for grades 3-12 in which kids participate in plays to better their acting.[2] Past ProductionsThe Georgia Ensemble Theatre has created many unique plays. "The Invisible Man", a play written by Larry Larson and Eddie Levi Lee, was nationally known and commissioned by Georgia Ensemble.[3] Many other remarkable plays have been held at the theatre including "Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story" which was the most extravagant musical ever produced by the theatre, "Always... Patsy Cline" which tell a story about the relationship between two women.[4] "Always... Patsy Cline" became the most popular and most requested play in the Georgia Ensemble Theatre.
