Japan Forum is the official journal of the British Association for Japanese Studies. It was established in 1989 and moved from the University of Sheffield to the School of Oriental and African Studies, London in 2014.^[1] The editors are Steve Dodd, Christopher Gerteis, Helen Macnaughtan and Griseldis Kirsch.^[2] The journal is multidisciplinary, publishing research across the social sciences, arts and humanities.
