Grim Rock ({{coord|65|23|S|64|29|W|source:GNIS|display=inline,title}}) is a rock awash {{convert|3|nmi|km|0}} south-southeast of the Gedges Rocks and {{convert|10|nmi|km}} west-northwest of Cape Perez, lying in Grandidier Channel off the west coast of Graham Land, Antarctica.
